Q: What are "seconds"?
A: "Seconds" are units which has small cosmetic flaws in the finishing.  This includes, but is not limited to, dust particles, scratches, dents or pinholes in the paint coating, slightly non-uniform paint finishing, small dents or bumps in the metal, flow marks or dust in the rubber, etc. etc.  These flaws are purely cosmetic and should not affect the life or function of the product.

 

Q: Postage and delivery charges to UK addresses?
A: For order over £30 we offer free shipping on a 3-5 working day service. For orders under £30 we charge shipping at £2.99 on a 3-5 working day service.

 

Q: Postage and delivery charges to non-UK addresses?
A: For EU orders we charge shipping between £8.49-16.79 GBP, depending on the item size, quantity and delivery country. For Mainland US and Canadian orders we charge shipping between £6.99-£14.99 GBP, depending on the item size and quantity. For Australia and New Zealand orders we charge shipping between £9.99-£44.99 GBP, depending on the item size and quantity. In all cases above you can get an exact quote by adding items to the cart and then selecting the delivery country. If you have any questions or want a shipping quote to other countries please contact us.

 

Q: Delivery time?
A: Please allow up to 10 days from placing your order to receiving the goods. If time is of the essence, please email our sales team to organise an earlier delivery (costs may vary).

 

Q: Payment method?
A: Online payments are completed quickly and easily through Paypal. This service is safe and secure and provides our customers with peace of mind. You do not need to be a registered member of Paypal to use this service and we can accept all major credit and debit cards. Should you like to pay by cheque or cash, please email us for further instructions.

 

Q: Non-UK orders?
A: If you would like to place an order for delivery to a country not listed on our shopping cart page please contact us specifying the products you would like, in what colours and quantities. We will then reply with an accurate quote of the shipping costs.

 

Q: Customs duty for delivery outside of the EU?
A: Orders for delivery outside of the EU may incur customs duty on entry into the recipient's country. This is a cost you, the customer, must bare. If you are charged duty the delivery courier will ask for payment of the full amount before he releases the goods to you. (Please note that as duty varies between countries we cannot provide a list of duty rates on this website. However, we can advise you, on a case by case basis, when you place an order).

 

Q: Returns policy?
A: If you wish to return any item we can offer you a full refund provided the goods are returned within 10 days of you receiving them, unopened, undamaged and with original packaging. Please note, we do not refund postage charges or return postage charges.
