Where do you deliver:

We deliver to the UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many other regions around the world. You can find out a little more information below.


UK

In-Stock v. Made-to-Order

Some in-stock items are available immediately, for delivery within 3-5 days of receipt of your order. Other in-stock items will incur 2-5 days processing time before shipping. For made-to-order items, the delivery time will vary according to the item. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is placed.

UK Delivery Times

We deliver all large pieces of furniture either ourselves or through strategic logistics partners. Where possible, for large or high value orders we will arrange delivery with you on a day that suit you, usually within.

For smaller items we use a 2-5 day delivery service. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our team. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our team will contact you with further details.

UK Delivery Costs

You can find the cost of delivery for our in-stock items by adding them to the cart and filling in your postcode and region. For custom, bespoke, made-to-order and large sized items please contact us for more information.  

We offer a free delivery service within a 50 miles radius of our workshop in Leeds. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your item from our workshop and we will be delighted to see you and have a chat with you!

Collection

Certain products can be collected from our manufacturing hub near Leeds in Yorkshire.  Please contact us for details.

Expedited Delivery

We can provide an expedited delivery service but this is dependent on stock status and location. Please call for rates.


Overseas Countries

We frequently ship our products overseas. Most commonly, we ship to EU member states, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, but we can also ship to other destinations. As the legal and procedural requirements, costs, duties, taxes and delivery times vary widely between different destinations we ask that you contact us directly to discuss your specific circumstances. We will then liaise with our network of logistics partners to find the best solutions, which we will then feedback to you so you can assess the feasibility of proceeding with a new order.

Custom Duties and Local Taxes

When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, the website will use the delivery address you provide to determine whether we are required to collect UK VAT for the order. In most cases overseas shipments (i.e. everything shipping to non-UK addresses) will be exempt from UK VAT and the prices in the checkout will reflect this. However, please note that the goods will be subject to local duties and taxes on import as per each countries individual laws and regulations. The amount and the process of paying varies widely, so please contact us before making a purchase so we can give you the information you need to make an informed decision about your order. Note that all non-UK custom duties and taxes are to be paid by you, the customer, before delivery is made. (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). The assigned logistics company will contact you with instructions.

PO Box Addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required for all deliveries.

 

BFPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.
